* [src] Generate the string constants for each framework from our list of frameworks.
This makes it less error prone to add new frameworks (one less place to add
them), and easier to add new platforms (only one place to make sure the list
of frameworks is correct).
This also revelead a few issues in our list of frameworks (missing frameworks,
frameworks that have been moved, etc.), which have been fixed.
* [mmp] Generate the library path -> namespace map for the linker to optimize away dlopen statements.
* Fix indentation to be just as broken as the surrounding indentation.
* Remove unused Cecil reference.
* Fix c&p oversight.
* Adjust more Mac Catalyst API.
* CFNetwork is its own top-level framework.
The latter requires the spellchecker which varies by OS versions, so we
only run it on the latest OS version (and simulator, except macOS).
The former are some internal rules and can be run on every commit and
avoid finding issues late in a release cycle.

- process members even if a type is obsoleted
- process the properties and events on types
About the strings...
Some were fine, others were not. Copy/pasted strings are hard to
maintain. Moving them to constants will help, both maintainability and
will reduce the metadata size of the platform assemblies.

Includes support for `UTType`-based `[Field]` in the generator as an
hundred (or so) of them were added. Unit test shows the field-based
properties are working as expected.
No change in beta 2
This enable PushKit on watchOS and macOS.
Availability macros suggest this is available on tvOS 13 but the
headers are not in the tvOS SDK (at least in beta 2)

This avoids using static constructors, and also avoids fetching the values
unless they're needed.
* Generate the code for _dispatch_data_destructor_free instead of using a manual binding.

Since the generator doesn't know about CFBoolean, bind as IntPtr instead, and
fix most callers to use the handle directly, instead of getting a CFBoolean
