* [tests] Remove 32-bit Xamarin.Mac tests (both Classic and Unified).
We're removing support for 32-bit Xamarin.Mac apps (#6300), which means we
don't need to run the tests anymore.
This part of the implementation for #6300, I'm starting with the tests because
some of our XM/Classic tests are failing and making the bots unnecessarily red
(since we'll remove XM/Classic support anyway). Also CI will be faster if we
don't run these tests.
* [mmptest] Fix build.
* [tests] Fix build for mono-native-mac.csproj.
* [tests] Move linker tests to match introspection directory layout.
Move linker tests to match introspectio directory layout: tests/linker/ios and
tests/linker/mac instead of tests/linker-ios and tests/linker-mac.
This creates a logical place for shared linker files (tests/linker).
* [tests] Fix path to GuiUnit_NET_4_5.csproj in sln as well.
This is the path used to find referenced projects when building Classic.
Fixes this build problem:

Also add the new binding project to the xammac and link all XM test projects,
which allows us to stop excluding tests that require the native library and
the corresponding bindings.

* [tests] Correctly ignore the ObjC exception tests in release mode.
* [tests] Add 'link all' test for XM.
* [tests] Add 'link sdk' test for XM.
* [tests] Move dontlink-mac tests to linker-mac directory to have the same directory layout as linker-ios.
* [xharness] Make sure generated mac projects have different project guids.
* [introspection] Change the project guid so that it doesn't match the dontlink-mac project guid.
* [tests] Add all test project variations to tests-mac.sln.
* [xharness] Fix else condition.
I don't quite understand VSfM's problem with the existing configuration (it
wouldn't build mmptest, claming an invalid solution configuration), but
hopefully these will work fine.
* [tests] Convert mmp tests to a standard NUnit test library.
* [xharness] Add support for restoring nugets before building projects.
And restore nugets for tests-mac.sln before building mac test projects.
