Adds the following fixes and features:
- support transform feedback varying strings
- support infinity and NaN constants
- support for sampler and query resources

We were using the Khronos-specific XML file list, when we were
really using both the Khronos and ANGLE XML files. Also updates
auto-gen with the new data.
