1. Made the samples compatible with https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.SystemForCrossDomainIdentityManagement/ version 2.0.5.43.
2. Deleted the Amazon Web Services sample.
3. Added a sample agent. With an agent, one can host one's provider within any .NET 4.5.2 process and not open an inbound HTTP/S port to receive provisioning requests from Azure Active Directory. Rather, the agent will open an outbound-only connection to Azure Active Directory and receive provisioning requests, which will be marshalled to the IProvider implementation. Furthermore, if more than one instance of an agent is running, Azure Active Directory will transparently designate one as active and fail-over to another if the originally-active agent disconnects.
