Gets OAuth2PermissionGrant entities.

Get-AzureADOAuth2PermissionGrant [-All <Boolean>] [-Top <Int32>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
The Get-AzureADOAuth2PermissionGrant cmdlet gets OAuth2PermissionGrant entities in Azure Active Directory (AD).
