Update telemetry data to add moniker of the detected properties (#430)
* Add new telemetry fields CrossCompanyCorrelatingId and Moniker

* Remove CrossCompanyCorrelatingId due to it may cause telemetry data too large

Microsoft Azure PowerShell Common

This repository contains common code used for Azure PowerShell cmdlets. This repository does not contain any cmdlets.

The primary repository for Azure PowerShell can be found here.
