Azure Service Fabric

We've moved!

Service Fabric has a new home at https://github.com/Microsoft/service-fabric.

We are currently in the process of moving all Service Fabric development to GitHub. As part of this transition, we're moving our repos from the Azure org to the Microsoft org.
