Assuming you have Docker installed…

docker run -it rgardler/simdem

If you don’t have Docker then:

git clone git@github.com:rgardler/simdem.git
cd simdem
./scripts/install.sh
simdem

Should tell you everything you need to get started, including show you how to build a hello world script.
