Daniel Stenberg f425a25c98 Modified the gmtime_r check to not check for it until the "check for a working
one" is made, and only if that test runs ok we define it as present. Unless
crosscompiling, since then we use the former AC_CHECK_FUNCS method.

Gisle Vanem 0c96056a94 Change for systems with >1 ways of setting (non-)blocking

"#elif ..", but maybe there is still broken cpp around?

A) Normal non-proxy HTTP:

 - no more "Pragma: no-cache" (this only makes sense to proxies)

B) Non-CONNECT HTTP request over proxy:

 - "Pragma: no-cache" is used (like before)
 - "Proxy-Connection: Keep-alive" (for older style 1.0-proxies)

C) CONNECT HTTP request over proxy:

 - "Host: [name]:[port]"
 - "Proxy-Connection: Keep-alive"

Daniel Stenberg a90e33ad71 Hm, this doesn't feel right. The error bits returned from Curl_select() can
be returned at times when we want to ignore them. Test case 160 fails on Linux,
so I modify the comparison to check for _only_ the error bit set...
