+We have found numerous repositories containing our code even though our license agreement and ToS explicitly state that you cannot publish the code. Most repo owners we contacted deleted the protected content within 24 hours, however there are 2 repos still active (and of them is actively ignoring us).

+The other repo is not published with any license, however they are still publicly available on GitHub which allows everyone to steal them.
