Are you the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owners behalf?

I am [private] of AllianceApps.de. We sell scripts for the game ArmA 3 (mostly in SQF language). I am the copyright owner.

Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.

We have found numerous repositories containing our code even though our license agreement and ToS explicitly state that you cannot publish the code. Most repo owners we contacted deleted the protected content within 24 hours, however there are 2 repos still active (and of them is actively ignoring us).
https://github.com/alesiobelentofe/Projet-TIRNA

What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repositorys URL:

https://github.com/alesiobelentofe/Projet-TIRNA/blob/master/@life_server/life_server/Functions/Systems/fn_aapps_changeObjectOwner.sqf

(something which may also be interesting: if you search the repo for "maverick" you can find tons of copyrighted content from on of our competitors, "Maverick Applications")

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.

Yes, GitHub search could not find anything else.

Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?

Our files are licensed under a closed source license.

"License Projet TIRNA Malden-Life is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/deed.en_US" The other repo is not published with any license, however they are still publicly available on GitHub which allows everyone to steal them.

What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
Remove all files containing our copyrighted work from his public repository (including old commits) or upgrading to private repositories.

Do you have the alleged infringers contact information? If so, please provide it:

No, only the information available in GitHub.

Type (or copy and paste) the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration."
