[private] cancelled our contract with [private] after I hired him because he violated [private]'s TOS. But by then I'd already sent him my source codes. He has since posted my source codes here publicly without my permission, in breach of the NDA.

As you can see from the commits, these copyrighted materials are continuously being updated in my paid, private github repository because I am the true owner and creator of the codebase.

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.
I found this infringement through [private] which suspended my account there because they detected that my account's credentials (password and/or API key) are publicly listed on the code repository GitHub.

For me to reactivate my account I would need to remove my account credentials and API keys from these public listings. Please help me remove them.
