The original works are licensed under the GNU Public License v3.0. The infringing works removed the required licenses indicating where the source of the code base contained in the repo as seen on our repo. The license requires that all licenses are kept fully intact in and derivative works.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
The person or person(s) who have infringed upon this work can resolve the infringement by correcting the prior removal of the proper licensing files, headers, and etc. If the correct licenses are reported and the works are attributed correctly then there is no need for removal of the files in question.
