It's a full rip of our website that is being shared as a githup repo without permission

There is only one branch and no forks of the site.
Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
There are a few libraries needed for the site that are open source but nothing included in the repo is open source, it is a direct rip of our copy written site data.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
We request that the entire repo be deleted.
