Are you the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf?
As [private] for the copyright owner, Express Scripts Holding Company and its affiliated entities including Express Scripts, Inc. and Express Scripts Strategic Development, Inc. (collectively, “Express Scripts”), I have a legal right to act on behalf of Express Scripts and am authorized to do so.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
The original copyrighted works are software code internal and/or external applications authored by Express Scripts. Express Scripts, among other things, authored and designed the source code employed in the works, as well as the layout, appearance, and content of the works. As such, without limiting its other rights relating to or arising out of the works, Express Scripts is the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the works and copyright in the works.
The original copyrighted works are not authorized to be posted publicly, but are only accessible through Express Scripts’ internal systems.

The works are not licensed under an open source license. Some of the works do contain certain references to open source material, but do not contain the open source material itself. Any open source materials in the repositories have not been included in the URLs above.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
There are no specific changes that can be made other than removal. The code is Express Scripts’ original, copyrighted work.
