All of the content on this URL is infringing as the the keylines.js file is proprietary to Cambridge Intelligence Limited.
Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.
Yes this is the only example we can find.
Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
No - the Keylines software was covered by an eval license which has now expired however certain clauses remain in full force and effect including confidentiality etc
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
The file needs to be completely removed. Our current license and evaluation agreement specifically preclude publishing on code sharing web sites etc.

We have tried to contact the individual on a number of occasions via the email listed on GitHub with no response.
