This (bitrix/modules) directory with commercial modules. All files in this folder are infringind.

It's illegal (all source, some edited, deobfuscated) copy of commercial files from Bitrix Site Manager: Ultimate. Publishing, disclosure of these files strictly prohibited. The same applies to service (dependent) files in this directory. Bitrix and Association Russian Shield don't licensed programm as an open source, and don't give rights to publish in internet any source (edited, supplemented) versions of commercial modules and files for this modules.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal? Can the repository be made private?
