Home Credit Consumer Finance Co., Ltd is the copyright owner. We are IT Security team in the company, authorized to protect the company’s intellectual property. The authorized tasks contain:
- Raise the DMCA takedown requests on Github, for public shared projects, files and repositories that infringed company copyrights.
- Submit evidence; reply queries; communicate and coordinate with Github for DMCA takedown related affairs.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
We request to take down the whole repository https://github.com/movin2008/GitzoAddressAllot, as it is an internal project in our company ("Home Credit Consumer Finance Co., Ltd"), used to analyze different reports in the company such as stores visit report, part-time employee work report, investigation report, etc. Here I will list some points in this project that can show you it is our company's project.
- To-be analyzed report templates are in the subfolder (GitzoAddressAllot/tree/master/homecredit)
- In readme.md, "GitzoAddressAllot捷信清单地址分配", "捷信" is the chinese name of "Home Credit ".
- GitzoAddressAllot-master\res\gitzo.jpeg is our company's log
- In GitzoAddressAllot-master\src\org\apache\commons\g\QueryStorePicUI.java, our internal system "homesis.homecredit.cn/hsis/index.html" is referred.
What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL.
