I am the owner of this article (English). The user @mogeko published an unauthorized translation on GitHub and has been serving it online through GitHub Pages.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
I have written this article in English. It has 2 canonical online URLs:

The infringing file is a Chinese translation of my article, and the repository owner explicitly acknowledged that the file is a translation of my article by stating the following in the file:

The file is an unauthorized translation of my article. Please find someone who can use both English and Chinese to evaluate this allegation. Use Google Translate if there is no such personnel available.
What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL.

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.

I never released the article under any open source license.

The file should be removed from the repository. No commit history should suggest that this file ever existed in the repository.
