Ausl Reggio Emilia (https://www.ausl.re.it/) have published the source code of DocSuite PA (document management solution) on the Developers Italia (Italian gov site https://developers.italia.it/it/software/auslre-ausl-reggioemilia-docsuitepa.html) and Dgroove (my company) is the mantainer of the solution
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
The solution is open license EUPL 1.2
For a mistake was published configuration files that contains sensitive data for security as name of server and account name of service.
We have cleaned the repository but all previous forks need to be removed.
What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL.

yes, EUPL 1.2 , no license violation.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal? Can the repository be made private?
For security reason we think the best solution is delete all forks and redo the fork with clean contents
