We contact you today concerning the matter of copyright infringement committed by your customer, the website < miraculoushub.ml > , IP 185.199.108.153, 185.199.109.153, 185.199.110.153, 185.199.111.153.

The entire site < miraculoushub.ml > is dedicated to making available to the public contents protected by copyright, namely the full saisons of the cartoon series "Miraculous" rightholder "On Entertainment" are presented on this site.
In addition, the domain name in question illegally uses the protected trademark name 'Miraculous'. The use in this manner of the trademark with no authorization is a violation of the proper owner's rights.

As you know under these circumstances a service provider is obliged to immediately take action to put a stop to the infringing activities of its customer. These obligations have since long been established in national and international case law. According to which the hosting provider is itself liable for all sustained and to be sustained damages if on notification of unlawful content no immediate /prompt and adequate action is taken.

By hereby we consider that you are duly informed about the said infringement.
