We [Northroom Technologies] have a contract with the copyright holder [Amalooloo pty ltd.] to maintain their software. The existence of this repository hosting the proprietary source code is an infringement of the aforementioned contract as well as the right of the copyright holder

This is the proprietary source code belonging to the app owner, our client, Amalooloo. The Infringer [private] was employed as a [private] at the time of development and thus had access to said proprietary materials.
