What technological measures do you have in place and how do they effectively control access to your copyrighted material?
There is a login window in each of the products, internet connections in order to verify user login & subscription status. End users are not provided DLL's in sharable format, the repository owner had to dump and extract them from our running products.
How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?
They removed the login and subscription check by using byte patching methods, so anybody using the software isn't required to login or have a valid subscription.
Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.
The only fork seems to be private
