The source code published in the link indicated below, and the material comprising the subject of this DMCA takedown request, is for our proprietary antivirus and endpoint security software, and protected by copyright law around the world.
As the proprietary source code is used in our commercial software offerings, and not intended for publication, it is most likely that the source code was stolen or published by a former or existing Kaspersky employee in violation of such employee’s confidentiality agreement with Kaspersky.
