I, [private], am [private] at Personagraph, Inc., and I am authorized to act on behalf of Personagraph in regards to this matter. Personagraph is the owner of the copyrights asserted in this note.
Personagraph employ and contract with software engineers to develop code for their data management and advertising platforms. [private] worked for Personagraph as a contractor contracted through [private], in [private].
[private] resigned recently and his last day working on contract for us was April 28th 2017. In his capacity as a contractor for us, he had full access to our source code during his tenure. Without permission of Personagraph and in violation of the proprietary rights of Personagraph, he has taken our source code and posted the following repository on his public GitHub account https://github.com/toofrellik, under https://github.com/toofrellik/pg.
The material identified in the repository https://github.com/toofrellik/pg appears to all be proprietary to Personagraph. Its public disclosure was and is not authorized by Personagraph and this material is posted on GitHub in violation of Personagraph’s copyright and other proprietary rights. As the owner of this property, Personagraph ask GitHub to remove this material from their site.
This material is not authorized for public disclosure under any open source license.
