The original work was produced as a part of Georgia Tech’s OMS CS courses. The video lectures were made in Georgia Tech by the faculty of Georgia Tech.
If you download the videos in the CS7641-Machine-Learning-midterm-exam-solution repo and listen to the voices, you will find that they are the voices of [private] and [private] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nj_u01ddjzU). They created this course: https://www.udacity.com/course/machine-learning--ud262. For some context, I am the [private] for this course.
The videos and other material in question are exam solutions of the course offered. This material is not publicly shared with the students. The students get to access it through T-square, a course management system that is offered by Georgia Tech to all students.

The videos and other material in the repository if copyrighted. It is bound by the Udacity-GTRC contract. On top of that when it is given to students it is given under GT’s Honor Code. When the repo owner released this video publicly, they are violating the Udacity-GTRC contract and GT’s honor code.
The repo seems to be created by a fake account (the email address used are names of actors). If the real person behind this repo is found they could be expelled from GT under GT’s honor code.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
All the materials in this repo and copies of it be removed completely.
