Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
Original Work: I have a good faith belief that the website, https://github.com/fitzhaile/give-me-my-fonts offers items and contains materials that are not authorized by the IP Owner, or the law, and therefore infringes the IP Owner's rights. The reasons that the URL website must be suspended are as follows:
a. Offers pirated software or otherwise unauthorized item that violates the IP Owner's trademarks and copyright.
b. Misuses the IP Owner's brand name, trademarks and copyright.
c. A site that posts information on how to crack, hack, or get serial numbers for Adobe's copyrighted software.
- Identify the material that you allege is infringing the copyrighted work listed in item #2, above.
https://github.com/fitzhaile/give-me-my-fonts offers a script to extract hidden Adobe Creative Cloud/Typekit fonts to a folder for free. This code allows you to circumvent the subscription and download and distribute Adobe´s protected fonts.
- Explain what the affected user would need to do in order to remedy the infringement.
The user needs to delete the script, pillow, and directions. As well as the License, README.mg, extract-font-name.py, give-me-my-fonts.command and give-me-my-fonts.sh files.
