Yes, there seem to be none (at the time this report is being written) which is good.
Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
The work is licensed under "GNU General Public License v3.0". The repository https://github.com/Pocketmine-PHP/Sell violates the LICENSE at line 5 "Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.". The repository replaced the LICENSE with "Apache License 2.0".
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
The person can clean-fork the repository (and this time, hopefully not break or replace the LICENSE).
