Dear Sirs,
We, Beijing SenseTime Technology Development CO., LTD. (“SenseTime”) recently has been aware that another GitHub user called “SimonCherryGZ” posted SenseTime owned copyrighted proprietary and confidential documents (software codes) to your website. This letter is sent to request your assistance as follows:
Specifically, we confirm that the documents with locations and file names identified at
https://github.com/SimonCherryGZ/ARCamera
are confidential and proprietary to SenseTime and were posted without SenseTime's permission. And, we searched for forks and found there are 79 forks up to now. The contents are found at the following forked repositories, which also are confidential and proprietary to SenseTime and were posted without SenseTime's permission:

The unauthorized copying, disclosure and distribution of SenseTime's confidential and copyrighted documents shall constitute a violation of both trade secret and copyright laws and take civil and/or criminal liabilities.
Moreover, “SimonCherryGZ” states clearly under its account that documents posted are based on repositories in “[redacted] by [redacted]” which however was posted without permission of SenseTime. And “[redacted] by [redacted]”and 113 related forks have been deleted by Github as requested by SenseTime. “[redacted]”stated at [redacted]that he/she understood it is forbidden to use contents of the “[redacted]” project for commercial purposes without permission of SenseTime, that any information of the “[redacted]” project forked in this website would be deleted immediately, and that he/she apologized to SenseTime and would request Github to delete all forks.
Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), please remove all the above repositories, which infringe SenseTime's copyrights by reproducing substantial portions of SenseTime's confidential and proprietary software codes. We also request that you identify to us your source(s) for these documents, so that we can contact those parties who released the sources and request them to delete and/or remove the documents under their control.
This letter is not intended to be a full statement of the facts, or prejudice or waive any claim, whether in law or in equity, that SenseTime may have with respect to this matter or any other matters. If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact SenseTime.
