He was working in our company. Our company is managing the above project with paid private repository under github ID : [private]

He worked in our company , get dozens of full sources and now he is threatening us even though he signed NDA with us. I can show you NDA if you need. These are crime and he copied entire source code and make it public. This is criminal.
This isn't open source obviously and all are our source code
I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration
