I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice.
Our site was hacked and the guy that did it demanded a ransom and uploaded our entire source code to:

The material is source code to our platform and back-end server.
We need this removed as soon as possible, the source code was never meant to be open-sourced and having it in the public domain represents a huge security concern for us especially as we are dealing with financial transactions.

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration.
