the original code and repo is [private], the below are the repos that have been cloned one way or another using our code base and they were made public. We have our repos private.

yes we searched and couldnt find anything that is related to our code base
Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
no open source license, but these repos are private and it is a privacy issue that they had done that.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
These repos are code based on ours and they need to be removed along with sanctioning those users that did the damage. some of this code might be old but it is still a privacy violation and a breach to our infrastructure.
