My name is [private] and I am [private] for QAD Inc., including QAD Precision (www.qad.com), QAD CEBOS (https://www.cebos.com/) and QAD Dynasys (https://www.dys.com/) each a division of QAD Inc. My company is the copyright owner and I am acting on their behalf.
I am submitting a revised request, in addition to the takedown request submitted by [private] on or about September 6, 2019. We have identified additional accounts and repositories containing our code.
We have been notified that the source code, core logic and technical details for several modules from the QAD Enterprise Edition have been uploaded to GitHub. It is not an open source application and is copyrighted.
The following links should be taken down in connection with QAD Enterprise. The information associated with these links exposes our licensing and audit features.
