I am the original owner of the content. It is a research paper draft that was written and sent out for review purposes. As a safe keep, it was also posted on a private Github repository. [private] had stolen that draft paper and submitted it to [private] to get it published. He has used that as a basis of DCMA notice. The case is under investigation by [private], the publishing journal, currently.

The content was stolen and published before us. Part of the work is already published as final year project of university which show that the work belong to us. This repository was also created before the author had submitted this work for publication. It serves as proof of our ownership. This case is under investigation by [private], the publishing Journal.
I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
I consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located (if in the United States, otherwise the Northern District of California where GitHub is located), and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
