I am an [private] at the law firm Greenberg Traurig. I am [private] to American Airlines and have been retained to handle this matter.
American Airlines owns the copyright rights in the repository in question because it is comprised of code created by American Airlines employees in the ordinary course of their job duties.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
The repository found at https://github.com/GopiBodepudi/personnel-data-consumer is comprised entirely of code created by American Airlines employees in the ordinary course of their daily job duties (with the exception of imported libraries). The code relates to tracking information about personnel. The code in the repository is part of the package com.aa.techops.supplychain, and it reveals how data in American's internal systems relating to personnel is structured. In addition to being code in which American owns copyright rights, the code also reveals information about American's server, package and data structure that could be used by malicious actors to access American's systems.
