I am the [private], [private] and [private] holder of the multiple World of Warcraft mods, including the one in question: Bagnon This software is under All Rights Reserved and the official, authorized builds are released by me on CurseForge. A few source code files in it's internal framework BagBrother, which I am also the copyright holder of, are still under an old license, but even that license state explicitly that unauthorized distribution is not allowed.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.

Just like the remaining software distributed on this website, it is a software that follows the legal rules by Blizzard for modifying the World of Warcraft client and has been one of the most popular mods for over 15 years. Specifically, it modifies the design of the inventory and bank item panels.

This entire repository is illegally mirroring and distributing every single official release:
https://github.com/curseforge-mirror/bagnon/releases
This github account is known for repeatedly doing so to circumvent official sites and has already been the target of multiple DMCA claims from different mod authors. The account has publicly also confirmed so in this other repository issues [private] that it is aware it is breaking the law and chooses to do so until it receives a DMCA claim.

Yes, I searched for other forks, but believe this is the only repository on github currently cloning the official builds from CurseForge for illegal distribution.
