Our client offers high quality educational programs to students aged 3 to 19. To do so, IB owns various intellectual property rights across the world such as trademarks and copyrighted materials. Such materials include logos, affiliations, inter alia, subject guides, teacher supports, data booklets and examination papers. These works can be accessed on our client’s website https://ibo.org/ as well as its official online store https://www.follettibstore.com/main/home .

It has come to our attention that website Ibdocs.org was using your hosting service to host and distribute without authorization several copies of the above-mentioned copyrighted materials, in violation of your Terms & Conditions. You will find below a non-exhaustive list of infringing content:

Such actions constitute a clear case of copyright infringements, and our client enforces its Intellectual Property rights diligently.

We consider that you are liable for the content posted once you have been made aware of its illegal and infringing nature. We therefore request you to:

Immediately de-activate all the infringing content notified,
Inform us of the sanctions taken against your customer,
Inform us of your Intellectual Property Rights policy.
