This is a DMCA takedown notice.

I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice

Please immediately and permanently remove the copyrighted material listed below from github.
2. • 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A)(ii)

The 12 copyrighted works in question are proprietary materials I created for my CSCI 3104 Algorithms class at the University of Colorado Boulder. The URL for my class website is http://tuvalu.santafe.edu/~aaronc/courses/3104/ . These materials are solutions for the problems sets I created for the class, and this material is proprietary.
3. • 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A)(iii)

The specific works in question are literal copies of my work (they are PDF scans of the paper copies I handed out to students, and which the students agreed not to publish or disseminate) and are located in the 2 following project directories, owned by user horatiusMMXIV :

The specific files are as follows, and each file in whole infringes upon my copyright of the work:

You will note that in each of these files, my name, as the author, and course information appears.

The requested remedy for the infringement is the permanent removal / deletion from the github directories of the files (see URLs above), and a promise not to post them elsewhere please.

7. • 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A)(v):

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law.
8. • 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A)(vi):

I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
