The repo pyutil is an internal basic library owned by Bytedance Inc, this can be verified by email information from git commit log. This repo was uploaded by our employee by mistake. The origin author of https://github.com/[private]/pyutil/ provide the private repo information to prove he knows this and has deleted the repo, and want to remove all the forks.
