The ownership and copyright is from Aalto University and the exercises cannot be published.
The LICENSE and copyright has been removed from the repository, or most of the files.
It has not been removed in some of the files, e.g.: https://github.com/UtkarshKunwar/ELEC-E8125-ReinforcementLearning/blob/master/Ex2/gridworld_vi.py
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
The entire repository violates the copyright as are all the exercises from the course.

Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
The work license is not open source, they copyright is from Aalto Unviersity.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal? Can the repository be made private?
It needs to be removed or made private as the code cannot be published as open source and the owner of the repo has not asked to me (or my colleagues) who own the copyright for permission of publishing the code.
Do you have the alleged infringer’s contact information? If so, please provide it.
