We are Anlatan LLC, the developers of https://novelai.net/ we are the original owner of the copyright that has been identified from this repository and the identified forks listed. Anlatan LLC formed in June of 2021 and has been in active business ever since. Our trade is distinct and uniquely identifiable.

Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.

We have received information that GitHub is hosting the following repositories provide links and means to unlawfully access our proprietary software. Anlatan LLC has the exclusive right to control distribution of means to access NovelAI and its related products.

The purpose we have identified of these repositories is to aid and bet software piracy of our business software. This is done by providing direct links to download leaked proprietary software from Anlatan LLC ran by executable code.

We have not sanctioned "novelai-colab-ver' for official use and have not granted any permissions for them to use the NovelAI name for their project. Nor have authorized these users to distribute a means to access leaked software. Evidence for malicious behavior comes from the instructions in the Readme and the naming convention that was used. The link below identifies the folders and associated files as "NovelAILeaks_API_Backend-EN" and "NovelAILeaks_API_Backend-TCH" there is no other identifiable purpose of this code other than to access our proprietary software unlawfully. Provided below is the link to this folder.

We believe that the goal of this repository is not to respect our copyright and business practices and instead engage in unlawful distribution and access to our software. Provided below is the code that is used to conduct this unlawful distribution of our software. However, the repos themselves contains guides and other information on how to download, run, or use without the expressed consent of Anlatan LLC.

In conclusion, we believe that the entire repository is infringing on our copyright and our right to distribute our model in a manner that is consistent with our business practices. We request that GitHub remove these repositories under 17 U.S. Code § 501 and 17 U.S. Code § 506.
