[private] created a Vue plugin so that people can set up an easy product tour for their end users. It's licensed under MIT. Forking and changing is allowed, but the report targets a person who simply copied everything, put his name under it, and done.

The clone is found at NPM: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@app4legalmasri/vuejs-tour There is no GitHub repository or fork from this person. So he copied everything and uploaded a not up-to-date version under his name. He even kept the homepage and Repository link on NPM, which means the users are going to load a maybe bugged version, associating this version with [private] account which equals in bad reputation.
