Yes, I am the [private] from American Megatrends Inc., Taiwan Branch (AMI-TW). Most of the uploaded source codes come from AMI and ASUS is one of customer of AMI Taiwan. My BU Head, [private] authorized me to send a request to GitHub to takedown this source to protect both customer and AMI's right.

According to the repository shows, this source hasn't been forked. We are still trying to find if any others.

This AMI's server management solution is developed with Linux with GPL2 open source license and AMI's proprietary code. If you do a search with "AMI" in this repository, you will find lots of packages/code under AMI's license.
