Our firm serves as outside legal counsel for Morgan Stanley (“Morgan Stanley”), which is the exclusive holder of all copyright interests in various original computer code that is literally reproduced at the URLs below (the “Work”). The Work is also confidential so no public link exists for the Work.
It has come to our attention that a website located at www.github.com (the “Site”) has copied and is displaying the Work without authorization from Morgan Stanley.
This letter shall serve as notice of infringement and provides the following information:

We believe in good faith that the use of the referenced Work on the Site is not authorized by Morgan Stanley, its agent, or the law, including without limitation under the fair use doctrine.

The information in this notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, we are authorized to act on behalf of Morgan Stanley, the owner of the exclusive rights in the Work infringed by the Site.
We therefore demand that you immediately remove the infringing material from the Site, and confirm such removal to the undersigned within five days of the date hereof. The foregoing is without prejudice to any of our client’s rights, remedies and defenses in law and equity, all of which are expressly reserved.
