2. The copyrighted work that has been infringed is source code to Scaleform, a proprietary software product owned and licensed by Autodesk, Inc. Scaleform is middleware for creating (UI) environments for PCs, game consoles, mobile devices, and consumer electronics (additional product information can be found here: http://www.autodesk.com/products/scaleform/overview). The source code to Scaleform is Autodesk's confidential information and the content hosted by GitHub is a direct literal copy of Autodesk's Scaleform source code. The version of Scaleform hosted by GitHub is protected under U.S. Copyright registration TX 7 416 448, published for registration on 04/27/2011, with the registration stamp date of 07/08/11, and registered to Autodesk, Inc. (as well as subsequent copyright registrations TX 7 548 848, TX 7 534 220, TX 7 764 640 and TX 8 073 979).

3. The infringing material may be found at: https://github.com/DjinCN/scaleform

4. Because the infringing material is a direct literal copy of all or substantially all of the Scaleform source code, as registered to Autodesk, Inc., we request that the entire posting be deleted as expediently as possible.
