I have filed DMCA Counter notice before also.
Is there anything else you think we should know about why you believe the material was removed as a result of a mistake? (optional)
In my case there was just a single file which was having similar content and there were many others(~60) which were my own work but still the whole repository was taken down just because someone filed a DMCA Notice to take down the whole repository?? On top of that I tried to contact that person also but didn’t care to reply.. Kindly grant me access at least once so that I can create a local copy and then GitHub can do whatever the norms say
