I am [private] for NTT DATA Services ("NTTDS"), which provides IT support services to corporate customers worldwide. It has recently come to our attention that a file containing our corporate customer's proprietary/confidential information - and copyrightable content for which NTTDS is the exclusive copyright owner - was posted on GitHub's website without the authorization of NTTDS or its customer.
Consistent with GitHub's Terms of Service, which prohibit users from posting a third party's personal data without consent, and its obligations under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 15 U.S.C. § 512, we hereby request that GitHub remove the file accessible at the following URL:
