The information in this notification is accurate. I swear under penalty of perjury that I am authorized to act on behalf of Naxos with respect to the subject matter of this letter.

Therefore, I request that you remove or disable access to the file-downloads as set forth in Section 512(d) of the Act. Please contact the undersigned no later than one week from the date of this letter to confirm that the infringing materials have been removed or access disabled. The undersigned may be contacted at the email address set forth below.

Lastly, I ask that in your efforts for transparency in these types of requests, you please remove my full name, title and department, company address, company URLs, phone number, and e-mail address before publishing this notice.
