This is our intellectual property and copyrighted source code of the product

We do not give any permission to anyone to make this source code public, so putting this in a public github repository is clearly a violation of our copyright.
The person doing this did not even both to remove our own copyright from the source code, you can clearly see this in any of the .PAS files, example:
