We are issuing a DMCA Takedown Notice.

I have read and understand GitHub’s Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice.
Item 2: Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. This individual is currently engaged im malicious behaviour including trying to extort cash from Varosoft Ltd. He wants to dump all our stolen code into some open-source package to dramatically devalue our company etc. We are involved in discussion with the Irish Police Force as this individuals actions are of a criminal nature.
The specific file that he has posted is ours. We issued a previous take-down notice in 28th June 2015.
